Design

We approach the design process with a highly personalized method, focusing on the client's needs and desires. Through engineering calculations and detailed drawings, we develop optimal and efficient solutions that meet financial and other project requirements, regardless of size or complexity. On-site measurements and assessments of the location’s characteristics and technical predispositions allow us to ensure the quality and accuracy of the ice rink installation. After gathering all the necessary parameters and measurements, we provide the client with a 3D visualization of the project in several viable variants, offering a realistic representation of the ice rink's potential placement at the designated location. With this 3D visualization, we refine the project down to the finest details, helping clients better visualize how the rink will integrate into the space, as well as assisting in planning additional facilities and improving overall spatial design.

Assembling/Disassembly

Our installation service includes setting up, assembling, and activating the ice rink equipment, balancing the installation, adjusting operational parameters, and freezing the ice surface to the required thickness. During the installation and startup process, and as agreed with the client, we provide training for personnel to oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the ice rink, conducted by our team of experts. Disassembly involves tasks such as thawing the ice surface, removing the ice, dismantling the rink equipment, and restoring the site (foundation) and surrounding area to its original condition before the rink installation.

Support

Throughout the operation of the ice rink, we offer 24-hour emergency telephone support for any necessary interventions. In addition to phone support, we provide, in agreement with the client, training on the proper maintenance of the rink installation and procedures to follow in case of malfunction or operational downtime.

Service

Through regular maintenance of the equipment during the season and off-season, our team ensures that the equipment remains functional and extends its lifespan. We also provide tools and training for personnel responsible for monitoring the equipment’s performance and maintaining the ice surface, ensuring each project is of high quality and efficiency from the first to the last day of operation.
